Rules of the XCM Amplifier Raffle Campaign

Entry Period: 08.05.2026, 17:00 UTC until 22.06.2026, 23:59 UTC

Eligibility

Participants must have a KYC-verified Coinmetro Account.

Campaign Overview

Coinmetro will conduct a 45-day trading raffle campaign ("Campaign") for eligible users who meet the requirements set out below. The campaign rewards XCM buy activity only, across Spot and Swap markets. Participants earn raffle tickets through XCM purchases. To protect integrity, periodic snapshot-based monitoring is used to detect XCM selling, which results in a full ticket reset while allowing continued participation.

The campaign is structured around two parallel reward mechanisms:

•        A volume-based XCM Raffle funded with 1,500,000 XCM, rewarding the most active participants based on ticket accumulation.

•        An equal-chance Community Raffle funded with 250,000 XCM plus prizes, ensuring all eligible users have a fair opportunity regardless of trading volume.

Additionally, for every €1,000,000 of XCM buy volume generated, 100,000 XCM is allocated to a charitable cause through Coinmetro Impact (capped at 500,000 XCM total).

Trade Requirement

To participate in the Campaign, Participants must:

•        Execute buy-side (market or limit) XCM trades on Coinmetro via Spot or Swap markets.

•        Every €10 worth of XCM bought generates 1 raffle ticket.

•        Minimum entry: €10 of XCM purchased in a single transaction (after fees).

Important Notes:

•        Only buy-side trades are eligible. Sell-side activity triggers a ticket reset (see Section 4).

•        Entry tickets are not cumulative across multiple smaller trades. A single transaction must meet or exceed €10 to generate a ticket.

Examples:

○       One XCM buy trade worth €10 (after fees) = 1 ticket

○       One XCM buy trade worth €25 (after fees) = 2 tickets

○       Three trades of €5 (after fees) each = 0 tickets

Snapshot-Based Monitoring & Ticket Reset Mechanism

1.1 Snapshot Monitoring

Coinmetro will take periodic, unannounced snapshots of XCM balances and XCM trading activity throughout the campaign. Snapshots are used to verify buy-only participation. Snapshot timing is intentionally not disclosed to prevent gaming.

1.2 Ticket Reset Rule

If an account is detected selling XCM at any point during the campaign:

•        All accumulated raffle tickets are reset to zero.

•        The account remains eligible to continue participating.

•        New tickets can be earned again after the reset.

Key characteristics:

•        No account ban.

•        No permanent disqualification.

•        Behaviour-based correction, not punishment.

1.3 Scope Clarification

Snapshot checks apply only during the campaign period. After campaign end, ticket rules no longer apply and reward distribution rules take over.

Prize Pool & Raffle Structure

2.1 Total XCM Allocation

•        Main XCM Raffle: 1,500,000 XCM

•        Equal-Chance Community Raffle: 250,000 XCM

•        Coinmetro Impact Contribution: 100,000 XCM per €1M of XCM buy volume (capped at 500,000 XCM)

•        Remaining XCM is preserved for future campaigns.

2.2 Main XCM Raffle (Volume-Based)

20 winners are selected based on total ticket count at campaign end:

•        1st place: 25% of prize pool (375,000 XCM)

•        2nd place: 17.5% (262,500 XCM)

•        3rd place: 7.5% (112,500 XCM)

•        4th–20th places: remaining 50% shared equally (34,000 XCM)

2.3 Community Raffle (Equal Chance)

Every eligible participant receives exactly one (1) entry into the Community Raffle — regardless of trading volume or ticket count. Odds are equal for all participants.

Prizes include:

•        250,000 XCM

The combined maximum a single participant could win (1st place volume raffle + community raffle) is 625,000 XCM.

Reward Distribution Mechanism

3.1 Staking-Based Reward Credit

All XCM rewards are credited directly into XCM staking plans. Rewards are visible immediately after distribution. Winners begin earning staking yield from day one - no claiming, no setup required.

3.2 Staking Duration

Default staking term is 3-month staking term

3.3 Early Exit Option

Early unstaking is permitted at any time. A 50% penalty applies to the remaining principal upon early exit. The penalty is recycled back into future XCM raffles, fuelling the next round of rewards for the community.

Coinmetro Impact Integration

For every €1,000,000 of XCM buy volume generated during the campaign, 100,000 XCM will be allocated to a charitable cause, up to a maximum of 500,000 XCM. A live Impact counter will be displayed during the campaign and a post-campaign Impact summary will be published.

Leaderboard

An interactive, in-account leaderboard is available throughout the campaign and displays:

•        Participant rank

•        Trading tickets earned

•        Total tickets

The leaderboard is accessible without contacting support and provides real-time visibility into campaign standing.

Draw & Notification

Winners will be randomly drawn following campaign end. All participants will be notified via the email address associated with their Coinmetro Account. Once the campaign ends and results are verified, Coinmetro will distribute all associated rewards within 14 calendar days of confirmation.

Disqualification & Prohibited Behaviour

The following behaviours are not permitted and will result in ticket resets, reward adjustments, or disqualification:

•        Wash trading

•        Self-trading

•        Cross-account manipulation

•        Volume recycling

•        Any attempt to game snapshots or rewards

Coinmetro reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and adjust rewards where prohibited behaviour is detected. Each Coinmetro Account can win only one reward per raffle draw.
