Coinmetro

To support FCA compliance requirements for UK-based customers, Coinmetro is introducing an updated trading fee structure for UK accounts.

• The Levels system no longer applies to UK accounts.
• Existing UK users previously in Levels 0–3 will now trade under Level 0 fees.
• Existing UK users previously in Level 4 or higher will continue on their existing fee structure (where applicable).
• All new UK users will trade under a flat fee model:

New standard fees (new UK users):

• Maker: 0.05%
• Taker: 0.10%

Previous entry-level fees (for reference):

• Maker: 0.10%
• Taker: 0.20%

Where fees or “Levels” are referenced in this article, UK customers should use the UK fee information above and/or the fees displayed in-app at the point of trade.

Our Exchange offers low fees paired with advanced features like limit orders:

• Regular Fee (Previous Levels 0-3): Maker 0.05% | Taker 0.10%
• Previous Level 4: Maker 0% | Taker 0.10%
• Previous Level 5: Maker 0% | Taker 0.09%
• Previous Level 6: Maker 0% | Taker 0.08%
• Previous Level 7: Maker -0.005% | Taker 0.07%

The Swap Widget includes a swap markup. The price shown may differ from the Exchange price or other products.

Swap fees:

• Swap fee: No additional Coinmetro “swap fee”
• Swap markup: 2.00%

Free swap benefit (where offered): If a “free swap” benefit is offered, it will be shown in-app with the eligibility criteria and any limits (for example, time windows and volume caps).

There is no separate Coinmetro fee to create or run an Auto-Invest plan. Auto-Invest uses the Swap Widget to execute purchases, so Swap Widget fees and conditions apply (including the 2.00% swap markup).

Fees depend on currency, method, and (where applicable) your Level. Banks, card providers, and intermediary banks may charge additional fees that Coinmetro does not control.

EUR — SEPA bank transfer

Deposits: Coinmetro fee €0 (your bank may charge fees)
Withdrawals:

• All Levels: €3 fixed fee for amounts up to €3,000*
• Levels 0–3: 0.1% fee (€40 max) for amounts over €3,000*
• Levels 4–5: 0.1% fee (€20 max) for amounts over €3,000*
• Levels 6–8: 0.1% fee (€10 max) for amounts over €3,000*

EUR — SWIFT

Deposits: €5 (additional bank/intermediary fees may apply)

GBP — Faster Payments

Deposits: Coinmetro fee £0 (your bank may charge fees)
Withdrawals:

• All Levels: £3 fixed fee for amounts up to £3,000*
• Levels 0–3: 0.1% fee (£40 max) for amounts over £3,000*
• Levels 4–5: 0.1% fee (£20 max) for amounts over £3,000*

A fixed fee of €3/£3 applies to EUR SEPA and GBP Faster Payments withdrawals up to €3,000/£3,000. Amounts above that are charged at 0.1% up to the maximum fee shown (which varies by Level).

Crypto deposit fees

Coinmetro does not charge a deposit fee for cryptocurrency deposits. However, network fees may be charged by the sending wallet/exchange and are outside Coinmetro’s control.
